HR Manager Process & Support
Omschrijving
The Manager HR Process & Support (Manager HR P&S) will develop, implement, maintain and communicate all Human Resources related policies, processes and procedures for Express Head Office in line with this company policies and procedures and the HR strategy. Furthermore the Manager HR P&S is responsible for managing and delivering major HR Head Office programs that will be defined in more detail in the yearly performance commitment statement. Finally, the Manager HR P&S will represent HR HO in various working parties or project teams, coach and guide colleagues in the team and, when necessary, act as deputy Director HR Head Office. In the position there will be a close working relationship with the Director HR Head Office, the HR Account Managers, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development and Senior Head Office managers.

Key activities:
- Develop, implement, maintain and communicate Human Resources policies and procedures in line with this company policies and the HR strategy, as common as possible, as different as necessary. The role leads the activities in developing, coordinating and maintaining comprehensive HR policies and procedures the Head Office.
- Coordinate, manage and deliver major HR Head Office programs:
- Describes on basis of the approved project proposal a detailed project plan in such way that project is well described and analyzed on critical phases and path in order to secure that project and its progress is well managed and in time additional decisions can be taken to guarantee delivering of the results within the timeframe and budget.
- Coordinate and maintain (up to date) Human Resources Head Office processes:
- Provide advice to the department with respect to the implementation and good execution of the processes;
- Ensure implementation of the HR HO processes. Assist the department in the implementation and make recommendations and proposals for better execution, and monitor the level of preparedness and adequacy.
- Compliancy:
- Coordinate the RI&E together with facilities and any actions that may follow from the RI&E;
- Manage audit compliancy (IIP/ISO/OHSAS/CWC)..
- Deputy HR Director Head Office.
- Manage the team and coach teammembers.
Gewenst profiel
- Bachelor degree in HR or a related area;
- Minimum of 5 years broad experience in the HR field;
- Good knowledge of HR policies and company processes;
- Relevant experience in defining policies and processes;
- Familiar with communicating at a senior, cross cultural level;
- Relevant work experience in project management;
- International experience;
- Up to date functional knowledge of HR policies, processes and procedures;
- Project management skills and do-it-yourself attitude;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong management skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Senior management, as well as all other levels in the organisation;
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
- Political savvy;
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills;
- Proactive, self motivated and positive attitude;
- Organizational and personal sensitivity
